The daily grid
How the three-task cap, the Today and Scheduled sections, and due dates work together.
The daily grid is deliberately small. You should be able to read it in a glance and act in one tap.
The cap keeps the day honest
On the free tier you can hold five open tasks at once. The pills next to Daily grid fill as you add them. When the grid is full, the add button locks and a quiet line appears telling you The Pipeline unlocks more. Nothing already on your board is ever hidden or deleted — the cap only blocks creating a new open task.
Three sections, one order
Your tasks sort themselves into Today, Scheduled, and Completed.
- Today holds anything due today, overdue, or with no date at all.
- Scheduled holds anything due in the future, earliest first.
- Completed stays folded away behind a count until you open it.
Due dates are optional
Type a task and hit enter, and it lands in Today. Want it later? Pick a date from the date picker before you add it, and it moves to Scheduled. Check a task off and it slides into Completed with the others, struck through and dimmed.
